Device Won't Turn On?

Try holding the power button for 10–15 seconds. If it still doesn't respond, it may be a battery issue—start a return or exchange and we'll get you a replacement fast.

What to do before returning?

​I'm returning an iPhone?

To ensure we have a smooth returns process, we do require you to remove your iCloud account from the device. To do so, you can go to Settings > Reset iPhone > Erase all contents and settings. If you already shipped the device, you can remove your iCloud account from icloud.com > Sign in > Remove Device!

Refund Policy

Leoelectronics.ca stands behind its product. All products sold by Leo Electronics come with warranty, clearly mentioned on the product page, otherwise all products carry one month warranty.

All transactions are final sales, no exchanges or refund. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer must notify us immediately. Customer will be liable to any return postage unless the item is defective(if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange

Refurbished/ open Box items may show minor scratches or sign of usage.
