The Points of Inspection
All replacement parts are verified to be original or OEM-grade — no counterfeit or substandard components used in the repair process.
Battery capacity is measured and disclosed. Devices with 80%+ capacity are generally accepted; anything lower is either replaced or clearly noted.
All core features are tested end-to-end — buttons, ports, display, speakers, cameras, and connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular).
The exterior is examined for scratches, dents, cracks, or discoloration. A grading system (e.g., Grade A, B, C) is typically used to clearly communicate the condition to buyers.

Looks and feels like new

This cosmetic condition will have 1-2 visible scratches or nicks on the display, or frame, or back. We recommend putting a case on this device condition to make the device look like new.
Solid Performance, Smart Price

This condition phone will have visible scratches, and maybe even some dents on the exterior. A case will cover up most of the imperfections.

Leo Return Standard
All transactions are final sales, no exchanges or refund. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer must notify us immediately. Customer will be liable to any return postage unless the item is defective(if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, Leoelectronics.ca can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion.
